What's for dinner tonight?

I never know if my husband will be home for dinner or not. He is a live-in-the-moment kind of guy, not a planner. I think I will just make a tuna casserole.

- Some egg noodles, cooked
- One can cream of mushroom soup
- Lots of tuna
- Frozen peas
- Top with parmesan cheese and ground Ritz crackers

Not a gourmet meal, but OK for a weeknight.
